    Administration of Compensation and Pension assessments through Vesservices for the purpose of determining disability related to military duty, level of disability, prognosis, diagnosis, and current level of functioning with recommendations when relevant and appropriate.  These assessments included medical record reviews, semi structured and structured clinical  interviews and formal psychological testing (as indicated). I provided diagnosis/evaluation of veterans/active service members and assessments as to the likelihood that presenting psychiatric condition(s) are related to military service.  I performed my assessments within the guidelines and quality indicators set forth by the C&P program at the VA. Assessment reports included well articulated rational for diagnosis, explanation of prognosis, and current level of functioning.  Common combat related diagnosis included Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Depression.  I provided services on a contractual basis and was paid per assessment.
