PERSONAL LIFE COACHING

Allot of us experience bumps in the road, or just need to process. Sometimes we need a person to “unload” with so that we can sort our own thoughts our in a supportive and confidential environment. We don’t necessarily need clinical services, but rather would benefit from some sound, safe, non-judgmental consultation.  Sometimes, we don’t even really want advise at all, but really want a safe space to process a world of overwhelming input in a fast-paced world that we find ourselves in.  Sometimes we are faced with a life decision that is bring the weight of natural anxiety and we want a safe person to process and/or guide us through that process with.  We might be moving through a life transition and would benefit from touching basis with someone we can trust with our hopes and fears as we master that process. We might not need or want o commit to an intense clinical process; we might not have severe symptoms that meet the diagnostic criteria of a clinical disorder.  We just want someone to talk to. We want that someone to be outside out family and friendship circle so that we can regenerate, and polish ourselves and bring our “better” self to our family and friendship circle. Or perhaps our best professional self to our career circle. If this is you, then Consultation might be the right choice for you.  If you are not sure, please read the Office Policy for Clinical Services and you will then understand the difference. Note that records are NOT kept for Consultation- but ARE kept for Clinical
